Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–2 business days after confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Method (Important)
All orders are shipped via standard parcel carriers (courier delivery):
• No delivery appointment is required
• No scheduled delivery service is provided
If your order contains multiple items:
• We will automatically prioritize in-stock items
• Items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times
• No additional shipping fees will be charged
Refused Delivery
If you wish to refuse your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before shipment.
If notified in advance, we will assist with an exchange and no additional fees will be charged.
If you refuse delivery without prior notice, your order will be treated as a return. Once received, we will issue a refund minus return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
