Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Can I choose a delivery date or time?
No. All orders are shipped via standard courier services, and scheduled delivery is not available.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. If your order includes multiple items, we will ship available items first, and they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Do you charge extra for split shipments?
No. There are no additional fees for multiple shipments.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Before shipment: Full refund
After shipment: Return shipping fees will apply
What if I want to refuse delivery?
Please notify us at least 48 hours before shipment.
- If notified in advance: No extra fees, exchange available
- If not notified: Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations.
After-Sales Service & Warranty Policy
Can I return my furniture if I change my mind?
We only accept returns or exchanges for items with manufacturing defects, craftsmanship issues, or shipping damage (e.g., broken parts or incorrect color swatches). We do not currently support returns for "change of mind" or personal preference once the item has been delivered.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Photos from multiple angles showing the damage.
- Photos of the original packaging.
- A short video (if necessary to demonstrate the functional issue).
How do you resolve quality-related issues?
Once a defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will:
- Ship replacement parts at no cost.
- Arrange for a professional repair.
- Replace the entire item if it cannot be repaired.
What is covered under the 1-Year Warranty?
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the delivery date. It applies to normal residential use and is non-transferable.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage occurring after delivery, such as:
- Accidental damage (spills, scratches, or drops).
- Misuse or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
How does the "Lifetime Spare Parts Support" work?
We ensure your furniture stays functional for the long haul:
- Within 90 days: We provide up to 2 sets of spare parts (including shipping) for free.
- After 90 days: Parts are provided for free for a lifetime; you only need to cover the actual shipping cost.
